Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You serve as the global governance owner for access control, visitor management, and all related services within Siemens Healthineers Real Estate.
• You contribute actively to a global program that aims to modernize and harmonize the access control infrastructure, associated processes, and services. You support and advise local project teams during the implementation of new systems and software applications.
• You act as the process owner for ID card application and production workflows as well as access-right requests, while steering internal and external service providers.
• You develop concepts for global ID card exchange and oversee the execution of the exchange process.
• You operate as an interface between the operational security teams within Real Estate and Corporate Security, particularly regarding strategic topics related to physical security at our sites.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have a master's degree in security management, process management, or business administration.
• You bring many years of professional experience in strategic security management or in implementing access control environments.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
• You are capable of designing concepts, planning global rollouts, and implementing them across international locations.
• You have experience in translating complex requirements into clear, practical, and operationally sound processes and communicate them effectively to employees.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are a persuasive communicator with strong training skills and experience in change management – intercultural awareness is a plus.
• You continuously seek to improve processes and procedures, thinking end-to-end and applying your strong analytical skills.
• You enjoy working across organizational boundaries and keep the overall perspective in mind.
• You bring robust project management capabilities and act according to the principle of "we own it.”
• You possess excellent verbal and written English skills; German skills are considered a plus.
