Then come and join our Customer Services team as Technical Support Engineer (f/m/d) in Service Operations for Advanced Therapies.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of technical support for Sensis systems, our advanced solution for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology.
- Your tasks will include conducting detailed preliminary analyses and creating strategic action plans, including spare part recommendations.
- You leverage our knowledge base and diagnostic tools to carry out remote system evaluations.
- You will work autonomously while coordinating with global teams, escalating to Fleet Care when needed.
- You will support our Advanced Therapies portfolio.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You possess a university degree in electrical, mechanical, or medical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification with additional practical experience.
- You can look back on several years of hands-on field experience working with complex medical systems, ideally in a support or service engineering capacity.
- You have proven strengths in IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting in clinical environments.
- Certification and/or in-depth experience with Sensis systems is essential.
- Ideally, you know Artis interventional angiography systems.
- You have in-depth knowledge of SIS (Sensis Information System) applications, SIS Client and Sensis Server structure issues and connection configurations, SQL tailoring, and Reporting Configuration.
- You bring experience in tailoring transfer jobs via HL7, Copy to Domain, and file transfer.
- You are familiar with EP and Hemo applications, Sensis ACQ SIS Master, SIS Client, and Sensis Server structure issues and connection configurations.
Your attributes and skills:
- Be flexible with working hours to help maintain service coverage from 7 AM to 6 PM, supported by team scheduling.
- Be prepared for occasional business travel (approx. 10%), both within Germany and internationally.
- You impress us with your written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a positive attitude and excellent teamwork capabilities.
