Then come and join our global team as  Working Student (f/m/d) to support our Marketing Consulting Team, which acts as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will help to utilise our campaign advice and training service by:
• Contributing to the documentation of frameworks, standards and best practice
• Supporting workshops with a focus on communication preparation
• Supporting the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge database and training platform
• You will support the Channel Execution Management Service by:
• Analysing processes for Marketing Excellence Channels (email, websites, SEM)
• Providing administrative support, including creating reports and managing campaign tracking requests
• You will help with strategy development by:
• Conducting market research on trends and digital marketing technologies
• Compiling and presenting research findings to the consulting team
• Assisting with research-based projects to capitalise on new insights and digital marketing activities

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently studying in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Marketing, (International) Business Management, Economics, Management, Communication or a comparable field of study
• You are at least for 1 year available
• You are confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ideally you have already gained experience in conducting market research and creating reports, and you have a basic understanding of digital B2B marketing and are familiar with the latest trends
• You have previous experience (e.g. internships) in digital B2B marketing, in global consulting agencies, communciation, marketing or change management field

Your attributes and skills:

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data & processes
• You have a global mindset and a keen interest in learning new things
• You are results-oriented and proactive in problem-solving with the ability to work quickly and flexibly
• You can create engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
