Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the iMS4C Quality Management team (iMS4C – Integrated Management System for Countries) in the continuous improvement of our digital processes
• To this end, you work with related IT tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) und together with us you manage them, and implement new, efficient digital solutions
• Depending on the team’s needs, you also support other quality management topics (data analysis, preparation of data material for presentations, evaluations, and queries), as well as the review and approval of quality guidelines and process descriptions

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are studying a technical discipline, e.g. computer science, physics, medical engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program
• You are for a longer-term available
• Working with common IT tools (MS Office, etc.) is second nature to you; ideally, you have experience with IT tools for visualization and data analysis (e.g. Power BI) as well as initial knowledge of programming languages such as Python
• In addition, you are not hesitant to familiarize yourself with new IT tools and learn them independently

• Your German and English language skills are strong, both spoken and written
• You are a team player with strong communication skills
• You work carefully, independently, and in a solution-oriented manner
