A Snapshot of Your Day 
You will stay up to date on the latest developments and news regarding LDES technologies and start-ups. You will prioritize and evaluate these developments and contribute your findings and assessments to the LDES community and company profiles. Based on your observations, you will propose possible strategies and approaches for Siemens Energy and support the LDES team with additional tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Screening of the energy storage market, especially long duration energy storage and suitable startups and technologies
• Creation and updating of technology comparisons and company profiles for such technologies and startups
• Creation of market overviews of different market players
• Inputs for the strategy for long duration energy storage

What You Bring

• Technical or engineering study path with focus in energy systems, energy storage, renewable energy, thermodynamics or similar
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
• Very good English language skills required, German language skills preferred
• Team skills, independent and structured way of working

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
