Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You contribute to the development of engaging communication materials – from PowerPoint presentations to infographics, illustrations, and short videos
- You tell stories – through PowerPoints, internal websites, or video formats – that make changes within the company understandable and motivating
- Especially in video editing, you can fully apply your skills: you plan, shoot, edit, and deliver content that is emotional, authentic, and modern
- You will be involved in the preparation, organization and implementation of workshops and trainings
- You will explore and contribute to ideas that foster a positive and sustainable change culture within the organization

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are studying Media Design, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Event Management, Design, Art, Business Administration, or a comparable program (ideally with a focus on Marketing or Change Management)
- You are at least in the 3rd semester and are still available for at least 1 year
- Ideally, you have already worked with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia) and understand what matters in editing and storytelling.
- Experience using the common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
- You enjoy expressing yourself creatively and have a keen eye for detail and design
- You work in an organized, careful, and reliable manner
- You want to gain practical experience and have a genuine enthusiasm for communication and change management topics
