The energy transition brings new and exciting challenges every day, requiring fresh solutions in a dynamic sales environment. At the center of it all are our customers, with whom you communicate daily: discussing new Blue projects, preparing criteria and relevant technical specification of Blue portfolio for the upcoming technical discussions with internal or external parties, preparing market material for Blue portfolio, arranging internal and external meetings, and support front-end sales to present our cutting-edge Blue portfolio. As a part-time position, Your tasks will take place mainly in the office — or optionally from home. Close and collaborative work with product-focused departments like PRM, Marketing and factories ensures the success of the team.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Actively drive the energy transition with our sustainable Clean Air-based Blue portfolio by supporting sales Blue taskforce team in preparing relevant marketing documents
• A key success factor for your work is regular interaction with various departments and decision-makers within the company—promoting the exchange of ideas and information
• Serve as a link between sales and Siemens Energy Grid Technologies’ internal departments/teams like PRM, Marketing, etc.
• Support market data collection, and market analyses and evaluations for Blue portfolio as a foundation for building long-term business
• Support the collection of Blue market insights from Sales regions to assess the market strategy
• Preferred location: Erlangen

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in electrical engineering or a comparable field, ideally at the master’s level
• Knowledge of information technology is an advantage
• Excellent English skill, while a good skill of German is a plus
• Enthusiasm and persuasiveness and strong comprehension, analytical and organizational skills, strategic thinking, assertiveness, curiosity, and initiative 
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and act appropriately and goal-oriented in different situations. Actively drive the energy transition with our sustainable Clean Air-based Blue portfolio by supporting sales Blue taskforce daily work
