A Snapshot of Your Day 
As a working student, your day will involve coordinating strategic internal sessions by planning, scheduling, and following up with teams to ensure alignment, while also managing the online presence of thought-leadership profiles on social media. Additionally, you’ll develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, create compelling internal communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, and contribute to internal marketing efforts that promote the company’s culture and values.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Coordination and support of strategic internal sessions, including planning, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure alignment across teams
• Maintenance and growth of the online presence of strategic thought-leadership profiles across social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content aligned with brand and business goals 
• Development and support of the execution of social media campaigns (events, webinars, articles, among others) across external platforms (mainly LinkedIn) and internal channels, crafting compelling concepts and storylines that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and performance
• Creation of compelling internal communication materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong eye for storytelling and visual clarity
• Contribution to internal marketing (Endomarketing) efforts that promote company culture, values, and strategic initiatives through creative and impactful messaging

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s studies in Business/Sales/Marketing (preferred focus on Social Media), with first relevant practical experience (working student roles, internships)
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and analytics tools, plus the ability to turn complex technical content into simplified, grounded messages
• Excellent communication skills and an independent, proactive work style
• Fluent written and spoken English to operate effectively in an international company
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and experience creating and managing shared content spaces
• Interest in energy and sustainability is an advantage; prior knowledge in workshop creation is a plus
