We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join EHQ's Planning organization, focusing on providing financial and business data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

• Planning and Objective Management
• Assist in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and goals
• Analyze business performance and propose improvement actions
• Budgeting & Financial Management
• Plan and monitor annual budgets
• Conduct P&L analysis, cost control, and financial KPI management
• Reporting & Decision-Making Support
• Prepare management reports (performance report, etc.)
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Financial Planning organization of a large multinational company
• In depth knowledge of corporate finance
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
• High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point) and understanding of Finance IT systems
• Fluent in English and Korean
