As Product Planning Specialist you will focus on establishing a product strategy and product / technology road map of Europe Home Appliance that wins the market by providing differentiated products and services.

Market Sensing & Insight mining

• Europe appliance market data acquisition and GFK data analysis (sales data)
• New technology and competition trend from on / offline shop and exhibition visiting
• Comparison of competitor product specifications
• Detailed analysis of competitor`s new products

• Gathering voice of customer
• Organizing customer needs and complaints based on customer and salesperson feedback
• Reporting product usage status through home visits and interviews
  

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Home Appliance industry
• Strong knowledge of the Home Appliance market in Europe
• Solid experience in market and technology trend research, quantitative and qualitative consumer surveys
• Excellent skills in data driven research methodology and big data analysis
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in German and English
