We are currently recruiting a Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for an international technology company operating in the automotive electronics sector. The company is a global player working closely with leading automotive manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers.

The position is based in Eschborn (Frankfurt area) and is ideal for candidates with experience in the automotive industry who enjoy working in an international environment.

Aufgabengebiet

Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate and track customer requests and ongoing projects
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Maintain and update CRM data and sales documentation
Support quotation processes and customer projects in the automotive sector
Analyze sales data and help derive business insights

Anforderungsprofil

Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Initial to several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or project coordination within the automotive industry
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
German is a plus but not mandatory
Strong Excel skills and confident handling of MS Office
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Structured and analytical working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
