Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Together with your team, you will ensure the processing of customer contracts, thereby ensuring a fast, efficient, and high quality contract setup in the SAP P58 system, as well as an accurate invoicing process and an effective performance controlling of the contracts.
- You will work closely with the country organizations and other internal partners to ensure optimal performance of the contracts. For this purpose, you will steer the team's adaptations to changing requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- You will actively drive the automation and digitization of business processes.
- You will ensure the ongoing fulfillment of tasks, utilizing available monitoring systems and continuously improving them.
- You will design and organize workflows within the team and coordinate collaboration with interface partners.
- You will oversee the execution of a Contract Performance Monitoring System to ensure and enhance contract profitability.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, business administration, or in an equivalent area.
- You have many years of professional experience in the area of commercial and logistical handling of customer contracts.
- You have a deep understanding of business processes in corporate structures and their representation in SAP P58 system.
- You know how to evaluate contract compliance and contract efficiency.
- You are familiar with the relevant business models within GER, NL and CH.
- You grasp digitalization as an opportunity for economic and societal development.
- You have already successfully participated in digitalization projects.
- Solid knowledge in business analysis, conceptualization, design, and implementation of business processes are also part of your skillset.
- You possess knowledge in the areas of controlling and reporting.
- You have first experience in managing people.
Your attributes and skills:
- You possess assertiveness, perseverance, analytical skills, teamwork, persuasiveness, the ability to inspire people, and your actions are always principle-based.
- You have experience with internationally operating teams.
- You have proficient written and spoken presentation skills in German and English language.
