Position reports to: Manager, Operations, Production Compounding, ESW
Contratc Details: fulltime, fixed term for 4-6 months
To be hired as of: asap
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participation in projects within the Compounding production area
- Support with project management activities
- Independent execution of optimization projects (Kaizen)
- Involvement in contamination control and prevention activities
- Communication with interface departments
- Preparation of data analyses and presentations
Education
- Advanced studies in engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field)
Work Experience
- Initial practical experience in an industrial environment, e.g. through internships, is desirable
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- High level of commitment with a proactive and responsible working style
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational skills as well as good communication and teamwork abilities
