This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for the creation and implementation of new concepts and ideas in LEAN Management, as well as driving the LEAN philosophy with a goal-oriented approach.
- Personnel responsibility and development of employees within the LEAN department.
- Independent execution of process analyses, data collection, and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators, as well as the development of tools and templates for process improvement and optimization of workflows.
- Continuous improvement of work processes in close cooperation with all other departments, providing consulting on process optimization matters and supporting implementation activities.
- Leadership and coordination of the "Employee Suggestion System.”
- Design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions at all hierarchical levels.
- Execution of internal audits and support during external audits.
Education
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment and in the field of LEAN, including familiarity with all common LEAN tools.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt level.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Methodical and structured approach, resilience, and team orientation.
