This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite 5 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning of production orders while utilizing all machine and mold capacities
- Optimization of the use and maintenance of the planning system
- Identifying backlogs and developing solutions
- Creation and modification of master data, routings, and bills of materials in SAP
- Documentation and scheduling of future tools and machines
- Development of key performance indicators and participation in monitoring the cost budget
- Planning and coordination of logistics tasks and their interfaces
- Improvement of workflows and interface processes, including with regard to reporting
Education
- Completed studies in business/engineering with a focus on logistics, or solid commercial/technical training with experience in production planning / work preparation
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good IT skills (MS Office), SAP skills (PP, MM, SD)
- SAP S/4 HANA knowledge desirable
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Analytical thinking and action
- Commitment, flexibility, and dedication
- Assertiveness and results orientation
- A high level of team and customer orientation
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
