Contract Details: fulltime, permanent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Mechatronics team at the Eschweiler site
- Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies in alignment with company objectives and structure
- Further development of the workshop with regard to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Ensuring the timely execution of mandatory inspections
- Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection
- Participation in project work in collaboration with specialist departments and external companies
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of external contractors
- Conducting and initiating risk assessments
Education
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Confident use of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
- Good GMP and ISO knowledge, as well as experience working on projects
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, hands-on mentality, and customer orientation
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
