Our Client
is one of the world's leading private banks. Thanks to its expertise and market penetration, the institution enjoys sustained success and global recognition in all facets of the financial services industry. Its activities focus on investment banking and corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Essen, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an office administrator in the back office (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
  • You will support your colleagues by independently checking and processing incoming orders or forwarding them to the responsible persons.
  • In addition, you will be involved in various administrative and organizational processes in the different business units, for example in the areas of payment transactions, garnishment, or customer service
  • In your role, you will also maintain and check existing master data and make changes in the system
  • Finally, you will also be responsible for written and telephone communication with internal service units, information carriers, and customers
Our Requirements
  • You have successfully completed your training as an office administrator, or alternatively you have other commercial training.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in clerical work or general administration
  • We require very good written and spoken German skills as well as good IT skills
  • You are a team player with a strong service orientation and a sense of responsibility
