Its activities focus on investment banking and corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Essen, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a banker (m/f/d) in the back office.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of various payment transactions
- This includes processing payment transactions and ensuring that all payment-related information is entered into the system
- Responding to customer inquiries and corresponding with internal and external service units will also be part of your responsibilities
- Finally, you will provide support with other administrative tasks and help optimize processes in the area of payment services
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed your training as a bank clerk, or alternatively you have other commercial training.
- You already have some experience in banking, financial services, and/or insurance
- Good written and spoken German skills and good IT skills are required
- You are a team player and highly service-oriented
