Our digitalization unit "Global Digital Services” drives Evonik’s digital transformation and stands for comprehensive, modern digitalization solutions — from the office to the laboratory and all the way to production.
Responsibilities
Communication materials: Creation and design of communication materials (texts, presentations, videos, graphics) in English and German to support our global transformation initiatives
Events: Support for workshops, team formats, and smaller events (virtual & on-site), including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
Projects: Active contribution to ongoing projects, including research, content structuring, and preparation of management documents
Requirements
Education: Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies, preferably in communication or media studies, journalism, or business/economics
Experience: Initial experience in the field of communication is desirable
IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.); experience in video creation and editing as well as the use of AI tools is an advantage
Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strengths: Strong structured and analytical thinking
Soft skills: High level of communication skills and commitment
