Tasks

• Conduct research on the laws, regulations, and commercial practices of European countries (mainly countries where FPT Software Europe has presence) as required to support legal consultations.
• Involve in drafting, reviewing and advising commercial contracts in English (mainly) and German.
• Assist with the management of the FPT Software Europe company group’s licenses and permits, including updating business registrations as needed.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a German university in German and/or European law
• Internship experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department
• Good command of German (minimum B2) and English (minimum IELTS 6.0)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork

Nice to Have

• Enthusiast for IT and Technology services
• Internship experience in a multinational or international corporate setting is a plus
