About the role

• You will have the opportunity to participate in the planning, moderation and follow-up of training courses and workshops related to ‘Mission Zero’ as well as a wide variety of customer initiatives.
• You will help develop and implement long-term safety measures for RWE Generation SE and its subsidiaries.
• You want to participate in internal projects and take on responsibility.
• You want to integrate and live the topic of safety in your everyday work.
• You are interested in designing and implementing a communication strategy in the area of safety and are familiar with modern communication channels.
• You are interested in corporate culture, leadership and organisational development and want to develop further in these areas.
• You are jointly responsible for the Mission Zero platforms and coordinate with other departments.

Job requirements and experience

• You are in the final stages of your bachelor's degree or are currently starting your master's degree in business administration, psychology, business psychology or a comparable degree programme.
• You are curious and enjoy proactively, independently and courageously contributing new solutions and approaches, and you feel comfortable with a hands-on mentality.
• You are empathetic, have strong communication and conflict management skills, and are willing to develop yourself further within RWE.
• You value equality and appreciate the feedback and feedforward culture for your holistic personal development.
• You are a team player and actively contribute to the success of the team.
• You are proficient in the use of standard MS Office programmes.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and business fluent in English.
