We are looking for a legal assistant (m/f/d)
for our client as part of a direct placement .
Job description
- You handle correspondence with the offices (DPMA; EPO)
- You are also responsible for monitoring deadlines
- You calculate fees
- You also prepare IP applications
- You manage the files independently (digitally)
- You are responsible for internal and external communication
Requirements
- You have completed training as a paralegal (m/f/d), patent paralegal (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in patent law
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- Discretion, reliability, the ability to work in a team and an accurate and organised way of working round off your profile
