- Technical Skills:
- Automotive Power Network Management (12V Systems)
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- DCDC ConvertersVehicle‑Level ECU Validation
- Vector Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, VTestStudio)
- Automotive Communication Protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
- Automotive Diagnostics (UDS)
- Test Automation & Scripting (CAPL, Python)
- Test Specification & Test Case Development
- ECU Integration & Vehicle Coding
Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle power and battery management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and scripts for vehicle power network and battery management subsystems, ensuring thorough evaluation of performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to power management and battery systems.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power and battery management technologies, integrating new approaches and methodologies into validation processes to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vehicle validation, particularly in power network management and battery management systems.
- Strong proficiency in embedded software development and functional safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; German language skills are a plus.
