Commercial Specialist (m/f/d) – Electricity Procurement & Project Administration

The DPB Rail Infra Service GmbH is a growing company in the railway sector and actively drives forward innovative electricity and infrastructure projects. For our Feldkirchen location near Graz We are looking for a dedicated commercial professional.

Activities

Accounting & Controlling
• Factual and formal review of incoming invoices
• Proper allocation to cost centers and forwarding to accounting
• Creation, processing and evaluation of statistical reports

electricity procurement
• Support with purchasing electricity
• Conducting offer comparisons and supplier correspondence
• Maintenance and administration of electricity supply contracts
• Data preparation for decision-making processes

Project administration
• Commercial support for the project management
• Documentation, deadline and task tracking
• Maintenance of internal systems and databases

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK/HAS or comparable)
• Experience in purchasing, accounting, or project management
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• High affinity for numbers, accuracy and structured working style
• Interest in energy and electricity projects
• Teamwork skills and independent work style

The collective agreement minimum salary based on one full-time employment (Collective Agreement for Railway Companies; VWG D, Level 1) amounts to the following for this position € 3.146,32 gross/month Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above the standard rate.
