The POC demonstrated a potential 60% reduction in processing time and a significant boost in user engagement.

For a Swiss transport company, we led an Agile-driven tender process as Product Owner for a Business Process Management (BPM) solution.
This solution was linked to an Operational Datastore handling events and incidents, as well as satellite applications such as maintenance and real-time monitoring. We defined and prioritized the backlog to ensure maximum value delivery from day one.

As part of a Proof of Concept for an insurance company, we developed an AI-based solution to automate the initial triage of claims. Using natural language processing (NLP), the system analyses incoming declarations, extracted key information, classified the type of claim, and routed it to the appropriate team. The POC demonstrated strong potential to reduce manual workload by over 50%, accelerate claim handling, and improve customer response times, while ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.

Following the merger of two insurance companies, we supported the integration by managing data migration and leading change management efforts.
