Your tasks

• Cordial reception & care of our guests
• Check In & Check Out
• Own cash register management & cash register responsibility
• Central point of contact for all guest requests relating to vacations at STOCK resort
• Accurate & responsible execution of administrative tasks

Your profile

• Training with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position
• Passion & strong service orientation
• Open & respectful manners
• Confident & friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team & quality-conscious
• Willingness to jointly develop quality standards & personal further training
• Languages: German & English spoken and written
