to support our field service for 32 or 38.8 hrs/week

Working time: According to agreement 32 or 38.5 hrs/week
That is:
- You are the contact person for our customers from the first call to the completion of the order
- Plan and arrange the visit appointments for our sales representative
- Preparation of documents for the customer visit
- Debriefing of the appointments and entering of the meeting results
- Create offers
- Order entry
- Keeping and updating the resubmission
- Entering new prospects
What we would like to see:
- An open and friendly demeanor
- Pleasure in telephone customer contact
- Ability to work in a team and at the same time the willingness to work independently
- Completed office training or several years of experience in this field
- Knowledge Microsoft Office
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with the company’s EDP system
- We require a good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English would be great
