Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and cultivate new business prospects to extend Growunited's influence and effectiveness.
• Be our ‘boots on the ground’ during events, in pursuing active networking opportunities, and marketing.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with corporations, foundations, and fellow NGOs to foster collaborations and joint ventures.
• Coordinate and engage in events, workshops, and seminars to present the organization and initiate collaborative efforts.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analyses to detect and promptly respond to emerging trends.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Possibly education in business administration, non-profit management, a related field, or currently pursuing studies in a relevant domain.
• Outstanding communication skills and a composed manner when interacting with partners and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for creating innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Understanding of fundraising techniques and project management.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English.
