M&A Analyst (m/f/d)

Steinbeis M&A offers its clients a comprehensive and professional range of consulting and services in the areas of
(1) Mergers & Acquisitions,

(4) Capital Advisory, across all industries.
Their clients mainly consist of medium-sized entrepreneurs, companies, and groups of companies in Germany and abroad. Additionally, they also work with international groups of companies looking to establish themselves in the medium-sized market. Steinbeis M&A currently has 14 partners who have completed well over 200 successful transactions in recent years. Steinbeis M&A, with offices in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Karlsruhe, Vienna (A), Zurich (CH), is an independent consulting firm of the Steinbeis Group www.steinbeis.de .

We are currently seeking a full-time Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your profile

• Completed studies with a business orientation
• Experience in the relevant M&A and corporate development environment
• High affinity for project business or project development, combined with the necessary skills and experience in dealing with people and IT
• Independent action, high resilience, enjoy working in a team, reliability as well as a convincing appearance
• Sound knowledge of English

Your focus of activity

• Participation in the implementation of M&A and corporate development projects
• Management of (sub-)projects and involvement in all project phases within the project team
• Independent execution of corporate and market analysis
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with clients, investors and targets
• Assessment of business models and evaluation of companies according to various methods
• Preparation of marketing documents (e.g. teaser, investment memo, pitch presentation)
