Your Tasks

• Support fund auditor transition projects across multiple funds
• Coordinate meetings and manage complex project timelines
• Prepare project documentation and regulatory materials
• Support the implementation of digital audit tools
• Act as a key contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (providers, clients, fund boards, regulators)
• Prepare project plans, status updates, and PowerPoint presentations
• Ensure timely execution of the transition process in line with agreed schedules

Your Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting and/or audit
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in asset management or audit; fund accounting experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of asset management processes and regulatory requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Proactive, independent working style with a team-oriented mindset
• Languages: Fluent in German and English
