Ihre Aufgaben sind:
◾
bestmöglicher Verkauf von kleinen Gruppen und Veranstaltungen
◾
Organisation und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes von Veranstaltungen
◾
Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen
◾
Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen unter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Standards
◾
Rechnungskontrolle
Sie bringen mit:
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/ Gastronomie, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Veranstaltungskauffrau sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Aufgaben und Projekte setzten sie verantwortungsbewusst und zielorientiert um
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Organisationsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in den Programmen ‚OPERA Sales & Catering‘ und ‚MS Office‘
- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch Ihre Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und gute Marktkenntnisse
