- Consulting clients on the structuring and distribution of fixed income and FX derivatives in the field of corporate treasury solutions, initially on a major project for a regional banking association in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Development of customer-oriented product solutions in the derivatives environment in cooperation with the corporate sales and relationship management departments of the consulting client
- Identification and analysis of business potential and development of sales strategies with corresponding presentation to customers
- (Further) development of training courses and workshops for internal and external stakeholders

Your ticket:
- A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Econo-)Mathematics or a comparable qualification (e.g. professional education in banking with knowledge of interest rate and FX management)
- Enthusiasm for financial markets and interest in capital market products
- Good knowledge and, ideally, initial practical experience in the field of interest rate and currency derivatives, their structuring and/or distribution
- Basic knowledge of banking and regulatory law (e.g. MiFID II)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Open and engaging personality when dealing with internal and external colleagues
- Strong customer and solution orientation and willingness to travel regularly
- Independent and proactive approach to work, coupled with a confident, professional manner and team spirit
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
