Job description

• Independent management and handling of air freight shipments from A to Z
• You act as a contact person and central link between our customers, our global network, and all business partners involved in transport
• Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvement in your own area of influence
• Negotiations with service providers
• Billing of air freight shipments with full cost control and result overview

Applicant's profile

• Completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent
• Experienced as Air Freight Forwarder
• Knowledge in handling pharmaceutical products (GDP/CEIV rules) desirable
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent work and high level of commitment
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and team player
• Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
