Currently we are seeking a German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Business Partner – SAP Recruiting Expert to manage end-to-end recruitment for our technology and SAP consulting teams across SAP HCM specializations. This role requires a proactive, strategic individual who can leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, competency assessments, background verifications, and SAP HCM industry expertise to attract and engage top-tier candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the ATS: screening, interviewing, summary preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain employer brand presence.
• Follow and meet internal service level agreements for recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring activities.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to align on workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Support internal talent development initiatives and engage in external recruitment activities, such as job fairs and collaborations with universities.

Experience and qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition in SAP HCM
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong experience with ATS systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiter is a plus.
• Experienced recruiter, managing the full recruitment cycle for positions requiring highly specialized and hard-to-find skills
• Structured and process-driven, able to manage recruitment workflows efficiently and accurately.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Collaborative communicator, maintaining professionalism while influencing stakeholders and candidates.
• Technically savvy, able to understand technical roles and software systems, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders,
• Experience in international or cross-cultural recruiting environments is a plus.
