GIS specialist (m/f/d) for our portfolio management

Tasks:

• You will be responsible for the administration of the geographic information system (GIS).
• You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of the requirements of the specialist departments in GIS projects.
• You will analyze, manage and maintain the geodata for further use.
• You will evaluate data and provide reports and maps.
• You will be involved in special projects as part of portfolio management tasks.

Your requirements:

• Completed university degree in geoinformatics, geodesy (or similar) or completed vocational training as a geomatics technician with proof of professional experience in the areas of geodata management and infrastructure as well as in the creation of web maps and web applications
• Sound knowledge of geoinformation systems, in particular ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online; good programming skills (Python / SQL) an advantage
• Very confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Critical and analytical thinking with a very good understanding of numbers, high level of initiative as well as independent and solution-oriented action
• Good teamwork and communication skills, flexibility and commitment
• Very good written and spoken German (C1)
