How you’ll make an impact 

• You are responsible for generating and describing new features and introducing them into existing processes for recording customer demands in our global network concerning switchgears and switching devices.
• Together with our global teams, we are responsible for handling customer demands for switchgear and switching devices during the warranty period.
• You analyze customer complaints and implement sustainable improvements on products and processes together with the teams of quality management, development, operations, and PLM.
• You collaborate with customers and internal regional teams to improve our products, warranty services and processes.
• You understand customer requirements for sensors and our IoT portfolio, and you develop solutions in collaboration with our global team.

Your success is grounded in

• You have many years of experience in low-voltage and medium-voltage and are familiar with the regulations and standards.
• You are proficient in IT and have knowledge of SAP and BI platforms, e.g. Power BI.
• You are familiar with cloud-based applications, AWS, and MS Office.
• You are characterized by a strong ability to analyze, self-commitment, decision-making skills and an innovative, effective and cooperative way of working.
• You have a university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science or in a similar field.
• Very good German and English skills and a structured and comprehensive way of thinking completes your profile.
