What you can expect from us:

• Further development according to your interests: We offer you a unique and flexible graduate program that prepares you for roles in which you can take responsibility and ownership
• Maximum variety: you will have a hand in picking four different business units which you will contribute to for three months at a time. Whether technology, strategy, product, or sales units - the choice is yours!
• Even MORE variety: During a four-week phase, you’ll have the opportunity to choose where you want to contribute. You could work with our design agency Neugelb in Berlin, our IT development teams in Prague or Sofia, Comdirect, our digital-first subsidiary in Hamburg, or explore many other exciting options.
• Around the world: Whether New York, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, or Shanghai. For a minimum of six weeks, you will support our units abroad and gain important experience as well as lasting memories for your career
• Training: We love developing our team members and aim to upskill you with workshops and team projects of your choice
• Our extremely helpful IDDP alumni are more than 100 people strong. The IDDP Alumni come from 19 different countries and speak 20 different languages. From day one, you’ll be part of a group that you can rely on!

The Perks:

• A fixed contact from day one: your employment at Commerzbank does not end after the 18 months, instead you will be a full-time employee of Commerzbank from the beginning, of course after your probationary period of 6 months

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (not more than 18 months ago)
• There are NO restrictions on which study fields we accept
