About us
My client are a leading multi-billion €energy company located in Frankfurt. They employ over 100,000 people across more than 120 countries.
They are currently in the preparation phase for a global Cloud transformation to SuccessFactors from their legacy HCM system. They are searching for an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Architect to come in form the beginning, help design the project roadmap and play a really important role in the successful implementation of SuccessFactors and growing out the SF team.
Tasks
Architect the Global SuccessFactors Roadmap: Define and design the end-to-end strategy for SuccessFactors implementation, with a strong focus on Employee Central.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a new internal SuccessFactors team, including functional consultants, technical experts, and change management professionals.
Hands-On Configuration: Lead by example with direct configuration of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring best practices and scalable design.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and executive leadership to align technology with business goals.
Profile
Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect, with deep hands-on expertise in Employee Central.
Proven ability to configure SuccessFactors modules directly, not just oversee.
Successful track record of leading global SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and transformation programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications highly desirable.
Strong written English & German Skills
