For our ESG Office team in Frankfurt we are looking to hire for a minimum of 4 months an
Intern* ESG Office

Your role in the team
We offer our clients investments that are not only financially sound but also meet social and environmental criteria. As part of the ESG Office team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines and strategy. You will help position ESG investments, enhance our ESG product offerings, and integrate ESG principles into our investment processes – all in close collaboration with your ESG Office colleagues and other teams, including portfolio management, sales, and the Chief Operating Office. Align your personal values with professional goals in a diverse, inclusive environment committed to responsible investing.
What will you do?
- Help shape our ESG strategy and investment approach within Wealth and Asset Management, and actively contribute to the creation and development of sustainable investment products.
- Identify and incorporate new ESG data sources to enhance analyses and drive informed investment decisions.
- Work closely with portfolio management to assess material ESG factors of individual securities, including equities and bonds, and to conduct in-depth ESG and impact analyses.
- Prepare relevant reports, presentations on relevant topics, projects and initiatives to ensure clear and effective communication for stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for your own projects, support the team in their day-to-day work and with ad-hoc tasks.
Who are we looking for?
- Pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, sustainability or another relevant field related to sustainable investment
- Passion for ESG, sustainability and responsible investing; practical experience in ESG, SRI and other sustainability-related topic advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German knowledge desirable
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
