• Supporting organization and execution of events, partially onsite, and promotion activities
• Supporting design, purchase and production process for e.g. give aways, event materials
• Supporting administrative work, reportings, Powerpoint presentations, invoice control
• Handling smaller event requests
• Preparing consoles and equipment for different events and promotions
• Supporting of general marketing and administrative activities

• The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies (proof from the university is required)
• The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 4-6 months
• Currently enrolled in a degree of marketing, communication, event management, general project management
• High hands-on mentality and able to work under pressure
• Careful and detailed approach to accomplish projects
• Good MS Office skills
• Native level German and good English skills
• Affinity to Nintendo videogames
• Team player and strong in communication with others
