Work on real projects and tasks within our People & Organization department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

>> Starting from December 2025 - Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize your topic.

Joining the P&O team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through P&O activities and strategies. In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe—P&O business partners, employees, and management. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational P&O facets.

Your Talents:

• Passion for Business/ Economics, Psychology or Human Resources.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong affinity and adeptness with digital tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Canva).
• Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Enthusiasm for crafting content and narratives focused on people's experiences.
• Preferably having prior internship experience.
• The responsibilities for this role will primarily focus on training & development, compensation & benefits and employer branding, while also encompassing other HR-related tasks as needed.
