Join us in a permanent position as a Junior Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d) in our Digital & Technology Continental Europe team, ideally based in Frankfurt am Main. Work alongside experienced colleagues across Europe and contribute to exciting digital initiatives that are transforming the way CBRE operates.

Our Digital & Technology CE team acts as technology thought leader and advisor for the business across countries, supporting holistically from the development and implementation of their digital strategy to the European-wide introduction of innovations and digital solutions (Buy/Build/Partner) while delivering projects and formats that accelerate CBRE’s digital transformation. In doing so, we work closely with our local and global Digital & Technology departments as well as relevant business stakeholders.

What you’ll Do

• Requirements:  Support in capturing and documenting business requirements for digital initiatives that are aligned with existing roadmaps and strategic objectives
• Research:  Assist in identifying technologies, use cases, and potential partners through market analysis
• Coordination:  Contribute to cross-border project coordination and digital tool oversight. Help prepare and execute pilot projects and vendor comparisons
• AI: Supporting and developing the AI community through knowledge sharing, training, and transfer of best practices. Identifying and developing business-relevant AI use cases
• Training & Upskilling: Support the creation of user guides and training materials for internal solutions. Assist in internal knowledge sharing and content creation for digital topics
• Administration: Management of roadmaps, project plans, documentation, reports and dashboards
• Communication: Create and execute an internal communication plan, drive the content creation for digital thought leadership and product marketing (e.g. application guidelines, articles, poster, banner, blogs, videos and podcasts) Prepare, execute and moderate internal knowledge sharing formats, and thrive our communities for innovators and tech enthusiasts (e.g. AI Think Tank, Innovation Bootcamp, Proptech Meetups)

• Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate management, computer science, engineering, economics or a comparable course of study; preferably with a focus on strategy, digitalization or real estate
• Experience:  At least 1+ year of relevant experience in a related role. This could include internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work.
• Technology Interest:  Strong curiosity for emerging technologies, strong interest and knowledge in AI and data-driven solutions
• Professional Attributes:  Structured mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach. Flexibility and adaptability regarding changing tasks and situations, constructive handling of ambiguity and complexity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication:  Clear communication and presentation skills in English and German, both written and spokenSoftware Skills:  Solid MS Office knowledge; familiarity with tools like Power BI or project platforms is a plus
