Aufgaben:
Umsetzung und Operationalisierung von Wartungsstrategien (präventiv, prädiktiv, zustands- und risikobasiert) auf Basis von Vorgaben des Reliability-Teams
Überführung von Analyseergebnissen (z. B. FMECA, Kritikalitätsbewertungen) in konkrete, ausführbare Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Wartungspläne
Erstellung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Maintenance-Masterdaten im SAP S/4HANA Umfeld
Aufbau und Pflege von Functional Locations, Equipment-Strukturen sowie Wartungsplänen und Task Lists
Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität zur Nutzung in digitalen Mockups und papierlosen Instandhaltungsprozessen
Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines digitalen, GMP-konformen Instandhaltungssystems
Einbringen von Instandhaltungsanforderungen in Design-, Qualifizierungs- und Inbetriebnahmephasen
Durchführung von P&ID- und 3D-Modell-Reviews mit Fokus auf Wartbarkeit, Zugänglichkeit und Effizienz
Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Umsetzung und Dokumentation aller Instandhaltungsaktivitäten
Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen (IQ/OQ) sowie bei Audits und Inspektionen
Analyse von Anlagenstörungen und Unterstützung bei der Ableitung operativer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering, Quality und Reliability Engineering
Abstimmung mit Lieferanten zur Beschaffung und Strukturierung technischer Daten
Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Engineering-Bereich (z. B. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial oder Process Engineering)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Instandhaltung, Reliability Engineering oder technischem Engineering
Fundierte Kenntnisse von Prozessanlagen
Erfahrung mit CMMS/EAM-Systemen (z. B. SAP PM)
Kenntnisse in RCM, FMECA und Kritikalitätsanalysen
Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen oder GMP-regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Umgang mit P&IDs sowie technischen Zeichnungen / 3D-Modellen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Projektsprache) , Deutsch von Vorteil
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams

Einsatzort : Frankfurt und remote (etwa 60% vor Ort, 40% remote)
Maintenance Engineer (M/F/D)
Tasks :
Implementation and operationalization of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, condition-based and risk-based) based on inputs from the Reliability team
Translation of analysis results (e.g., FMECA, criticality assessments) into concrete, executable maintenance measures and maintenance plans
Creation, structuring and maintenance of maintenance master data within the SAP S/4HANA environment
Development and maintenance of functional locations, equipment structures, maintenance plans and task lists
Ensuring high data quality for use in digital mock-ups and paperless maintenance processes
Participation in the implementation of a digital, GMP-compliant maintenance system
Providing maintenance input during design, qualification and commissioning phases
Execution of P&ID and 3D model reviews with focus on maintainability, accessibility and efficiency
Ensuring GMP-compliant execution and documentation of all maintenance activities
Support of qualification activities (IQ/OQ) as well as audits and inspections
Analysis of equipment failures and support in deriving operational improvement measures
Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality and Reliability Engineering
Coordination with suppliers for the collection and structuring of technical data
Qualification:
Completed degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related field)
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or technical engineering roles
Strong knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing systems
Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM)
Solid understanding of RCM, FMECA, and equipment criticality analysis
Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with P&IDs, engineering drawings, and 3D models
Fluent English (project language), German is a plus
Strong analytical and structured way of working
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
