• You will be responsible for carrying out preventive occupational medical check-ups in accordance with legal and trade association requirements in order to sustainably promote the health and well-being of employees on site
• In addition, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice to managers and employees on all health protection issues, in particular on the ergonomic design of workplaces
• Furthermore, you will look after employees and actively support them in company reintegration processes after prolonged illness, to enable and promote a smooth reintegration into working life
• close cooperation with the occupational safety specialist and other stakeholders in occupational health management is also part of your tasks in order to develop holistic solutions

• You have a degree in human medicine and have successfully completed further training as a specialist in occupational medicine (m/f/d) or the additional qualification in occupational medicine (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience as an occupational physician (m/f/d) and have extensive knowledge in the application of modern concepts of occupational health management and prevention
• You are characterised by your confident knowledge in the use of common practice software and the usual MS Office applications, which enables efficient documentation and working methods in everyday medical practice
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communicating with customers in an international environment
• You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, to be able to carry out and coordinate medical activities on site at the customer's premises without legal restrictions
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of empathy and strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with the employees and contact persons to be looked after
• Finally, you are a reliable team player and always work in a structured and solution-oriented manner in order to be able to act successfully in the long term, even with complex occupational health issues and challenges
