In der Rolle als Outsourcing & Business Manager (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als zentraler Auslagerungsbeauftragter (m/w/d) und unterstützen den Head of COO Business Transformation in strategischen Themen.Verstärken Sie ab sofort unser Team in Frankfurt a. Main.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Standards und Prozessen für das Zentrale Auslagerungsmanagement
- Beobachtung, Analyse und Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Übernahme der Rolle als Zentraler Auslagerungsbeauftragter (m/w/d) gem. MaRisk AT 9 Tz 12
- Überprüfung von Fremdbezugs- und Auslagerungsbewertungen der Produktverantwortlichen sowie Qualitätssicherung des Auslagerungsregisters
- Beratung und Unterstützung der operativen Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen (u. a. Identifikation und Bewertung von Auslagerungen und sonstigen Fremdbezügen) und bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung einer Risikoanalyse und risikobasierten Überwachungshandlungen zur Bewertung der getroffenen organisatorischen Vorkehrungen des WpDU zum Schutz von Kundenfinanzinstrumenten
- Beratung der betroffenen Organisationseinheiten bei der Einhaltung der geltenden Pflichten zum Schutz von Kundenfinanzinstrumenten
- Mindestens jährliche Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung; ggf. ad-hoc Reporting beim Feststellen erheblicher Risiken
YOUR PROFILE
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes bankfachliches, betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Auslagerungsmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen der Bankenbranche sowie bankfachliche Organisations-/Prozesskenntnisse setzen wir voraus
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Aufsichtsrecht (insbesondere AT 9 MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines und DORA) und im Risikomanagement
- Sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative, stilsichere Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Teamorientierung und starke analytische, strukturierte und effiziente lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe anwenderbezogene IT-Affinität und sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem modernen Auslagerungs-Tool zur Dienstleistersteuerung und -überwachung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
