OWNLYOU GmbH is a fast-growing German jewelry company that creates limited-edition collections in collaboration with top influencers across Europe. Our products are designed in Germany and manufactured in China, combining trendsetting designs with high-quality craftsmanship. As we expand, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Product Manager based in China to oversee production and ensure the highest quality standards for every collection.

Vision

We are thriving to build our own processes together with our long term production partner. Together we’ve been building for seven years, now realising that we need more power in creating our own processes to our own needs for the creator economy. This will be the first stepping stone at building our own production. You will be based in or near Yiwu, Zhejiang and working with our chinese team side by side.

Tasks

• Implementation of new processes in production process from sampling to bulk delivery
• Daily coordination with manufacture and sub-suppliers
• improving and ensure timelines, volumes, and specifications for each product drop
• improving quality checkpoints: cutting, plating, and packing as well as
  Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly, maintaining proper documentation
• Serve as the communication bridge between the China production team and Germany HQ
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on production progress and KPIs
• Coordinate timely shipments with DHL Express or other forwarders
• Source and evaluate new suppliers based on our requirements

Requirements

• You have successfully built processes for western quality standard
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, quality control, or supply chain management
• Fluent Mandarin (native-level) and business-level English
• German language skills are a plus
• Background in fashion, jewelry, or consumer goods preferred
• Strong skills in supplier coordination and issue resolution
• Experience working with international teams is highly valued
• Proficiency with Excel or Google SheetsFamiliarity with task management tools like Asana is a plus
  Understanding of jewelry or fashion production workflows
