Its core business areas include investment banking as well as corporate and private banking. To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Project Assistant (m/f/d) in Banking.
Your Tasks
- As a project assistant, you will proactively provide administrative and organizational support for our project operations
- You will serve as the point of contact for all organizational matters, both internally and externally
- Handling internal and external correspondence in German and English
- Preparing and compiling regular reports and analyses
- Preparing for and following up on meetings and events, including taking minutes
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed a business administration program; alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in administrative assistance, secretarial work, and/or office management
- You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient in using standard MS Office programs
- Your profile is rounded out by a strong service orientation as well as good teamwork and communication skills
