The task of ISO Recruiting Consultants GmbH is to recruit IT specialists and executives for customers and specialist departments in order to secure the long-term growth of the ISO-Gruppe. We are therefore looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Translate executive job profiles into meaningful and coherent job descriptions
• Create job advertisements and publish them on various platforms
• Identify potential talent in online networks and proactively approach them
• End-to-end recruiting process: preselect applicants, conduct telephone interviews, and present profiles to the department
• Coordinate the introductory process between candidates and departments, including feedback discussions in both directions
• Advise managers on all aspects of the recruiting and selection process

Your profile

• Passionate recruiter with a "hunter's instinct" and an interest in IT topics
• A university degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification from vocational training
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in recruiting and knowledge of directly approaching candidates, preferably in social media recruiting or personnel marketing
• Your strong communication skills and winning manner make it easy for you to build trusting relationships with candidates
• A positive candidate experience through professional applicant management is particularly important to you
