iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Reward & Performance Analyst GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) VIE in our Reward & Performance team you will work directly with the local functional leaders responsible for the delivery of the compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs in GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), in addition to supporting global Reward & Performance (R&P) initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve Reward& Performance (R&P) and Benefits' policies, processes, and tools.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Provide relevant R&P data, reports, and metrics to the P&C (People and Culture) or Business teams to support decision-making.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, maintain and update benefits documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal benefits webpages or portals.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and related projects.
- Actively contribute to the annual compensation review process, including variable pay programs, performance evaluations, goal setting, benefits updates and the employee share purchase plan.
- Design and deliver information sessions and training for managers and employees on R&P-related topics. Participate in the deployment of the communication initiatives to enhance the awareness of All Well program among employees.
- Act as a key point of contact for R&P-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate support to employees and managers, as needed.
- Train the People & Culture (P&C) teams on R&P frameworks, systems, and best practices.
- Support and deliver global R&P projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals for their implementation in the geography.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional project teams or working groups on R&P or broader HR-related initiatives.
- Advise on some packages and salary offers.
- Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and service providers.
About you
Experience:
- International experience is a plus.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills). Ability to manage data, generate basic reports, and handle calculations.
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems (Knowledge of Workday is a plus). Interested in social media and communication.
- Team player, strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets with ease and accuracy.
- Results-oriented - ability to plan and prioritize activities, work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines.
- Hands on with ability to work autonomously under guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a role related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English and German (written and verbal). (Other languages a plus)
