Aufgabengebiet
- Analyse sales, prescription, and market data (e.g., IQVIA, Insight Health, CRM dashboards)
- Identify regional opportunities, white spots, and performance drivers across therapeutic areas
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Develop and refine targeting and segmentation models
- Define and prioritize customer groups (e.g., specialists, clinics, hospital networks)
- Design and optimize territories to ensure optimal resource allocation and call planning
- Define and evolve KPIs for field teams and regional leaders
- Create dashboards, performance reports, and monitoring tools (activity, reach, omnichannel impact)
- Support Regional Sales Managers in performance coaching and strategic decision-making
- Act as a connector between Field Force, Marketing, and Medical teams
- Shape customer journeys and channel-integrated engagement strategies
- Support the execution of brand plans, campaigns and launch activities
- Enhance CRM usage and ensure data quality and usability
- Train sales teams in CRM interpretation and insight translation
- Drive adoption of digital tools and reporting solutions
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives (territory realignments, incentive programs,launch planning)
- Support management in forecasts, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Comply with the Policies, Standards and Procedures in place
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, teams and colleagues as required, to support overall company objectives.
Anforderungsprofil
A successful Sales Strategy Manager (f/m/d) should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in business analytics and sales strategies optimization: streamline processes and implement the right tools to maximize performance and drive revenue growth
- Strong command of market data and CRM systems
- Understanding of sales processes, performance drivers, and commercial strategy
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in German and English
